My name is Alina Papalexandratou and I am the creator of the brand \u201cHonolulu Headbands\u201d.<\/p>\n
I am married and have two children\u2014Stelios, who is nine years old, and Evgenia, who is five.<\/p>\n
I studied education and have been working as an educator since 2007. I adore children and, by extension, children's fashion. I\u2019ve always enjoyed observing well-dressed kids wearing carefully selected hair accessories.<\/p>\n
When I gave birth to my daughter, I started looking for the perfect headband for her. I wanted it to be elegant and, at the same time, gentle on her skin. Unfortunately, I couldn\u2019t find exactly what I was looking for on the market, so I decided to make my own headbands out of soft fabrics, offering a wide variety of colors and designs. That\u2019s how \u201cHonolulu Headbands\u201d was born in 2017.<\/p>\n
Because I wanted to raise my children without outside help, I chose to create a workspace inside our home. So, in the afternoons, we all work together.<\/p>\n
Many of the fabrics I use are sourced from the United States, and you\u2019ll notice they\u2019re incredibly soft and come in beautiful colors. That\u2019s also one of the reasons our designs are frequently updated.<\/p>\n
Through my blog, I\u2019ll be sharing thoughts and experiences as a working mother whose passion is to create and evolve, while remaining present in her family\u2019s life.<\/p>\n
